North Texas Negotiations is dedicated to providing alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services for businesses and individuals to promote fair and expedient conflict resolution outside of the court system. Our services include mediation, conflict training, conflict coaching, and Christian conflict resolution. Whether you need guidance on resolving a dispute with a family member or are seeking legal counsel in a complex, multi-party dispute, we can help you find an equitable solution and avoid the cost of litigation or the stress and uncertainty of a court trial.
North Texas Negotiations was founded by Gene Roberts, a licensed attorney and mediator with significant experience in the conflict resolution profession. He is the Chair of the Dallas Bar Association’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Section after serving as its secretary and is a member of the board of directors for the Texas Association of Mediators. Gene served the Dallas Chapter of the Association for Conflict Resolution on its Board of Directors, as President-elect, and President. Gene serves his church as an Elder, Sunday School teacher, and chair of the Strategic Planning Committee. He served on mission teams throughout Texas and in the Agalta Valley of central Honduras.
This is a private, confidential process where the impartial mediator assists the parties in reaching a solution to a conflict. The mediator does not issue a ruling, but instead, helps to improve communication between people resulting in a written settlement agreement.
Conflict can destroy your bottom line. We will help you establish systems and training to deal with conflict so that its destructive force won't affect your organization.
We offer personalized, one-on-one coaching on handling conflict, whether in business or personal relationships. We will help you determine your objectives and develop strategies for dealing with the conflict you are facing.
For those who prefer a Christ-centered approach to disputes, Christian conflict resolution examines tough issues through the lens of Biblical principles to find a solution in interpersonal conflicts related to family, employment, business, or the church.
