Meet Our Founder

North Texas Negotiations was founded by Gene Roberts, a licensed attorney and mediator with significant experience in the conflict resolution profession. He is the Chair of the Dallas Bar Association’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Section after serving as its secretary and is a member of the board of directors for the Texas Association of Mediators. Gene served the Dallas Chapter of the Association for Conflict Resolution on its Board of Directors, as President-elect, and President.  Gene serves his church as an Elder, Sunday School teacher, and chair of the Strategic Planning Committee.  He served on mission teams throughout Texas and in the Agalta Valley of central Honduras.
